| Dear Mr. Perry My wife and I are most appreciative of the excellent work your men did in insulating our Nantucket house. The crew who came here were Bob Hebert, MIke Smola, and Steve Phipps. They worked diligently for two very long days. The first day was especially difficult because they had to stand on tall ladders in the teeth of a strong northeast wind and were soaked by frequent rain squalls. They made light of the weather and we heard no complaints. Both days they worked extra hours, left the place clean and swept free of debris.
